New York, NY...BNP Paribas is delighted to announce it will open an office
in Jersey City, New Jersey. The Bank has signed a 15 year lease with
Brookfield Properties effective January 30, 2007. The office will become
the North American Support Functions Headquarters of BNP Paribas' Corporate
and Investment Banking business. Employees will begin relocating from the
third quarter of 2007.

The new office space is located in the Newport Tower, 525 Washington
Boulevard. Newport Tower was built in 1991 and designed by architects
Ehrenkrantz, Eckstut & Whitelaw.

Commenting on the opening, Everett Schenk, head of Territory in North
America said, "I think this is a critical step for our development in the
US as we are forecasting

New York -- Citi announced today that Gary Crittenden, formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and head of Global Network Services at the American Express Company, will become its Chief Financial Officer. He will report directly to Charles Prince, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 12, 2007.

"Gary has demonstrated an exceptional ability to help the organizations he has worked for to generate superior value by supporting the successful execution of their business strategies with the development and implementation of sophisticated financial strategies," said Mr. Prince. "He has distinguished himself as one of the leading chief financial officers in business today, most recently through his tremendous contributions to American Express' consistent performance.

"Gary's proven record and expertise in strategic financial management, together with his substantial experience in the consumer business, will accelerate our growth across the franchise. We are delighted that he has chosen to join Citi," Mr. Prince said.

* Cees Maas, Vice-Chairman and Chief Financial Officer will
retire from the ING Group Executive Board as of the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders on 24 April 2007
* The Supervisory Board of ING Group intends to propose to
the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to appoint John Hele and
Koos Timmermans as members of the Executive Board of ING Group.

Cees Maas (1947, Dutch), Vice-Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of
ING Group, will retire as of 24 April 2007 (AGM) having reached the
age of 60. Cees Maas joined ING Group as a member of the Executive
Board in 1992. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 1996
and in April 2004 he became vice-chairman of the Executive Board. The
Supervisory Board of ING Group is honoured to announce that Cees Maas
will continue to serve ING as an advisor to the Executive Board and
awarded him with the title of honourary Vice-Chairman of ING Group.

London, UK -- Citigroup today announced it has reached an agreement to acquire 100% ownership of Egg Banking plc (Egg), the world's largest pure online bank and one of the UK's leading online financial services providers, from Prudential PLC for £575 million, or approximately $1.127 billion, in cash, subject to adjustments at closing. The transaction is expected to be accretive in its first year.
